Was funded and is currently led by Vincenzo Nardi, an engineer with more than 25 years of international experience in heavy construction, power generation, and project financing. He has worked in executive capacities under General Electric, Asea Brown Boveri, and Ansaldo.
BSD has its base in New York, has a subsidiary company in Cairo, Egypt, Biomass Syngas Development Egypt (“BSDE”) an affiliate in Mumbai, India, Biomass Syngas Development LLP (“BSD LLP”) and is support office in Livorno, Italy.
About the Company Name
The thinking behind the choice of Biomass Syngas Development as the company’s name was the intent of making the company’s business idea resonate in its own name and the technical process in the sequence of the name’s words.
"Biomass" is the renewable material of recent biological origin, derived from plant or animal matter. Its combustion creates bioenergy in the form of heat or biofuel.
"Syngas" is a "carbon neutral" renewable biofuel resulting from the Gassification of biomass, primarily agricultural residue.
"Development" is the basic purpose of the company which is promoting and developing power projects that utilize biomass and syngas.

BSDE is controlled by the USA parent company Biomass Syngas Development Inc, and its core business is in the sectors of renewable energy, power projects and agri-industrial project development.
BIOMASS SYNGAS DEVELOPMENT LLP
Biomass Syngas Development LLP (“BSD LLP”), an Indian Limited Liability Partnership, established in year 2016 with headquarters in Mumbai. BSDE LLP is managed by four partners, three Indian and one American. Its core business is in the sectors of renewable energy, biomass power projects, and agri-industrial projects.
BSD has established teaming agreements with project promoters, technology providers, design/engineering companies, and construction companies (Liaison Companies) with the objective of jointly pursuing project opportunities which are based on the core business of our company.
